DLA Piper advises Agenda Pro in US$2 million investment round

DLA Piper represented Agenda Pro, Inc., a Chile-based software company, in an investment of US$2 million through a capital increase and issuance of its Series A preferred shares.

The lead investor was Kayyak Ventures, and the round also included participation from TMT Investments PLC and Fen Ventures. The post-money valuation of the company was US$25 million.

“It was a pleasure to assist Agenda Pro in this investment round, bringing together our cross-border capabilities and extensive experience advising emerging technology companies on complex transactions to ensure a successful result,” said Matías Zegers, the DLA Piper partner who led the firm’s deal team.

In addition to Zegers (Santiago), the DLA Piper team representing Agenda Pro included partner Bradley Gersich (Silicon Valley) and associates Pilar Ay and José Tomás Musalem (Santiago).
