DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Jenny Du to the firm’s Toronto office as an associate in the Tax Group.
Jenny practices tax planning and tax litigation, with experience in various levels of dispute including: administrative CRA appeals, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Appeal. She provides clients with advice on international and domestic matters such as foreign affiliate dumping rules, butterfly transactions and general anti-avoidance rule issues.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Jenny practiced at an affiliated law firm of a global accounting firm and a prominent multi-specialized law firm.
