Angela Agrusa named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's 2022 Top 100 Lawyers list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Angela Agrusa, managing partner of the firm's Los Angeles offices, was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's 2022 Top 100 Lawyers list.

The list honors a select group of attorneys for their legal achievements, community involvement and impact on the profession. In its profile of Agrusa, the publication noted her record of successfully defending such brands as Danone, Hilton, Chipotle and Motel 6. In the last five years alone, she has successfully defended brand holders in over 50 putative class actions with combined potential exposure over US$100 billion.

Agrusa, who also serves as co-chair of DLA Piper's commercial litigation group, defends clients in a wide variety of complex disputes with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake, including brand and individual reputation defense, business torts, consumer fraud and false labeling, competitor false advertising, and unfair competition. She has previously been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s LA500 list, Women of Influence list and Top Litigators and Trial Attorneys List, among other recognitions.
