DLA Piper advises team.blue on acquisition of Raidboxes
DLA Piper has advised team.blue on the acquisition of the High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) portfolio company Raidboxes. The founders of Raidboxes will continue to lead the company supported by the team.blue organization that will enable further acceleration of its international expansion plans in the WordPress and WooCommerce business.
Raidboxes GmbH was founded in 2016 and offers WordPress and WooCommerce hosting for agencies, freelancers, online stores, magazines and companies. Raidboxes has developed proprietary software on top of WordPress to develop, maintain and host WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Raidboxes takes care of all the technical details to keep the websites running fast, secure and stable. With a team of 45 employees in Münster and across Europe, Raidboxes serves over 16,000 customers in more than 55 countries.
