				Robbie Grossman and Ilia Danef advised Auctus Fund, LLC in its Convertible Note investment into Kalgene Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Canadian biotechnology company.
				Robbie Grossman, Sydney Kert, David Foulds and Matt Prucha advised BlueRush Inc., an emerging personalized video creation SaaS company, in its cross border US$3 million offering of convertible debentures.
				Robbie Grossman, Amanda Vogeli, Kevin Fritz, Imran Dhanji and Nahal Iranpour advised EasTower Wireless Inc. (TSXV:ESTW), a US based telecommunications company, in connection with its $15.05 million reverse take-over and concurrent financing going public transaction.
				Mike Reid, Maneesha Dakha and Caroline Yao acted for ENEOS Holdings Inc. as investor in its ‎venture financing project in British Columbia.  ENEOS aims to be one of Asia’s leading ‎integrated energy companies, and is expanding around the globe.
				Tyson Gratton and Ryan Black assisted independent video game developer Extremely OK Games, Ltd. on the fifth-anniversary physical release of its award-winning hit platformer, Celeste, on Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4.
				Mike Reid and Caroline Yao acted for the purchasers in the acquisition of HÄLSA Spa.  HÄLSA Spa is a massage, infrared and float spa located in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC.
				Ryan Black, Tyson Gratton, and Gavyn Backus assisted online decentralized fan engagement platform Hotline Communications Inc. in its founding and pre-seed preference share raise.
				Mike Reid, Denis Silva and Josh Sved assisted LaSanta Botanicals Ltd. in its private placement. LaSanta is licensed in Colombia to cultivate cannabis, fabricate and export cannabis extracts and trade in cannabis genetics.
				Mike Reid acted for the founder/vendor in his sale of Long Table Distillery Ltd. Long Table is an award winning micro-distillery in downtown Vancouver, specializing in gin and other premium botanical spirits.
				Morgan McDonald supported Powerhouse Ventures in its SAFE investment into Adaptis Technologies. Powerhouse Ventures backs entrepreneurs in clean energy, mobility and climate building the digital infrastructure for rapid decarbonization.
				Mike Reid, Josh Sved and Kevin Hoy acted for SafetyTek Software Ltd. in its acquisition by Safety Evolution Software Systems Inc.  The combined organization produced health and safety management software built by safety professionals.
				Mike Reid acted for Sony Innovation Fund in connection with certain strategic  investments in Canadian entities.  Sony Innovation Fund invests in technology-driven transformational companies shaping the future of business, entertainment and society.
				Mike Reid, Morgan McDonald, Maneesha Dakha and Josh Sved acted for Spring IIC Investments No. 7 Ltd.’s investment into UVX Inc., as an SPV formed through Spring Activator’s Impact Investor Challenge. UVX is a healthtech product company, using far-UVC light technology to continuously kill pathogens in the air and on surfaces within seconds.
				Mike Reid, Morgan McDonald and Maneesha Dakha acted for Spring IIC Investments No. 8 Ltd.’s and other investors in their investment into VoxCell, as an SPV formed through Spring Activator’s Impact Investor Challenge. VoxCell is building solutions for the drug development industry and the field of Oncology research.
				Mike Reid, Morgan McDonald and Josh Sved acted for Spring IIC Investments No. 9 LTD.’s investment into CertiCraft Technologies Inc., as an SPV formed through Spring Activator’s Impact Investor Challenge. CertiCraft provides seed-to-sale compliance software for Canadian licensed cannabis producers.
				Tyson Gratton and Ryan Black assisted independent video game developer Studio MDHR on the physical release of Cuphead & The Delicious Last Course across major platforms.
				Mike Reid and Maneesha Dakha acted for TrendiTech Inc. in the second tranche of its Seed 2 equity financing. Trendi is creating solutions to help the farm & food industry upcycle organic food waste into delicious and nutritional products.
				Robbie Grossman, Sydney Kert, Kevin Fritz, Sangeetha Punniyamoorthy and MacKenzie Jordan advised The Well Told Company Inc. (TSXV:WLCO), a female-founded, emerging plant-based wellness company that formulates, develops, distributes and sells a variety of supplements, remedies and other functional wellness products, in connection with its private placement of unsecured convertible debenture units, led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., as lead agent on behalf of a syndicate of investment dealers, including Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. and Richardson Wealth Limited.
