DLA Piper partner Whitney Cloud named to the Legal Intelligencer’s 2024 Lawyers on the Fast Track list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Whitney Cloud, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia Litigation practice, has been named to the Legal Intelligencer’s 2024 Lawyers on the Fast Track list recognizing the “next generation of legal leaders” under age 40.

In her practice, Cloud tackles the most challenging legal issues at the intersection of government investigations and class and mass actions for Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2022, Cloud was a federal prosecutor and Chief of Appeals at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware, where she successfully tried complex suits involving financial crimes and briefed and argued multiple appeals before the Third Circuit. She leverages her government experience to evaluate regulatory authority and minimize the effects of government action on multi-party suits.
