DLA Piper advises Claros on transaction advancing critical technologies for AI computing
DLA Piper advised Claros Inc. on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Navitas Semiconductor Corporation, a transaction that is expected to strengthen Navitas's ability to deliver advanced power solutions for AI infrastructure.
By adding Claros's vertical power delivery and integrated voltage regulator technologies, Navitas expands its portfolio across the AI power stack, helping address the increasingly complex power requirements of modern computing platforms.
The DLA Piper deal team was led by Partner Josh Seidenfeld (Palo Alto) and included Partners Amanda Gill (New York), John Hutar (Palo Alto), Jason Veit (Chicago), Betsy Burkhard (Boston), Joshua Elefant (San Francisco), Brian Hamano, Mitchell Regenstreif (both Los Angeles), Paolo Morante, Tom Levato (both New York), and Of Counsel James Duchesne (Washington, DC), Sean Fulton (Dallas), and Olivia Pomann (New York).
