DLA Piper advises LimitFi on its acquisition by DOXA
DLA Piper advised capital and credit-risk insurance platform Limit Financial, Inc. (LimitFi) on its acquisition by specialty insurance platform DOXA.
LimitFi connects banks and lenders seeking capital relief and risk transfer with insurance and reinsurance capital providers. The transaction expands DOXA’s portfolio of niche insurance offerings and strengthens its capabilities across insurance, banking, private credit, structured finance, and capital markets.
