Meghan Bellstedt

Meghan Bellstedt practises corporate commercial law with a particular emphasis in the areas of banking ‎and secured lending.‎

Meghan assists clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including financing, ‎corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. Meghan’s banking and secured lending practice ‎includes acting for both borrowers and lenders.‎

While in law school, Meghan served on the executive committee of the Business Law Association of ‎Dalhousie. Prior to law school, Meghan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a ‎specialization in finance.‎

Meghan summered and articled with the firm, before joining as an associate in 2020.‎
