They have a transactional-based practice working on domestic and cross-border financing. Their practice ‎includes acting for chartered banks, private lenders and borrowers. Their experience includes drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation for various types of financings, including secured and unsecured financings, corporate and commercial lending, acquisition financing and commercial real estate lending.‎

They work with clients operating in a wide range of sectors, including construction, forestry, agriculture, food and beverage services, mining and technology.‎

They completed the JD program at Dalhousie University. Prior to law school, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a ‎specialization in finance from the University of Toronto.
