Monika Gulyas is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group with a practice focused on estate litigation and family law matters. She represents clients and assists senior counsel in court and alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
Monika’s estates and trusts litigation practice involves wills variation claims, validity and capacity disputes, debt and common law trust claims, removal of personal representatives, committeeship applications, passing of accounts, and claims regarding documents that do not meet the formality requirements of a will.
Her family law practice includes asset division, spousal support and child support, challenging and defending family law agreements, and drafting and advising on cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements.
Monika also practices at the intersection of estate litigation and family law, including family law matters involving a deceased spouse and estate claims where separation or spousal status is in dispute.
