Caroline Olsen is a litigation associate in DLA Piper's Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including premerger notification and filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR Act) and merger review, as well as white-collar and internal investigations. She also represents clients in complex commercial disputes. 

Caroline earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and advocated for veterans' disability claims through the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic. She received her A.B. from Duke University, where she was captain of the Division I Women's Rowing team.

She has a strong team orientation and brings a unique ability to recognize clients' needs to her work.
