Brandon Rios leverages over a decade of experience working in the White House, on Capitol Hill, and in state government to assist clients facing high-profile investigations and litigation. Focusing on matters involving Congress, federal agencies, and state attorneys general, Brandon helps clients effectively navigate parallel proceedings, manage risk, and avoid reputational harm.

Brandon recently held various positions in the White House, where he handled sensitive litigation and investigations, including some of the most complex and high-stakes matters involving the White House, the National Security Council, the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. 

Brandon previously worked on Capitol Hill, where he led major congressional investigations on the House Oversight Committee, and in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where he represented state agencies and officials in a broad-ranging civil practice in state and federal courts.
