Barbara Voskamp

Barbara is an international tax lawyer, admitted to the Dutch Bar, she is registered as a foreign lawyer with the Singapore Ministry of Law, she is an accredited Singapore accredited Tax practitioner with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals and an accredited tax advisor with the Netherlands Association of Tax advisors (NOB).

Barbara has over 20 years of experience specializing in tax structuring in or through the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Singapore. She has been working in Asia for the past 17 years.

As the head of the European tax and legal desk Barbara has lead many multijurisdictional teams on the structuring of pan European investments.

Her understanding of the EU tax framework combined with her in depth knowledge of the corporate Singapore income tax made her the strategic tax advisor for many European headquartered clients on the structuring of the setting up of their Singapore operations and the structuring of the subsequent investments in the region.

Barbara’s practice focusses particularly on the tax aspects of cross border private equity and real estate investments, and the tax structuring of investment funds.
