Following a global catalysis in March 2020, the push for greener arbitrations continues to gain momentum and shape how we think about and conduct international disputes. As we learn to navigate a remote and hybrid world, new trends and challenges emerge. Our panellists will share their experience and views on how greener arbitrations and the development of Legal Tech have impacted the international arbitration landscape, and how we can resolve the tension between a pressing need for greener arbitrations with the limitations of the tech enabling it.

In collaboration with TrialView we invite you to join us for an energetic round-table discussion, as we explore the potential for collaboration and knowledge sharing to create a manifesto for embedded transformation.
