Nicolas Patrick, Head of Responsible Business at DLA Piper met with Brooke Massender (HSF), Yasmin Waljee (Hogan Lovells), Claire Donse (DLA Piper) and Kerry Stares (Charles Russell Speechlys) to discuss the role of a PB partner, the increase in PB partner promotions over the last year, how pro bono practices have evolved over the past decade and to give a sense of what PB work entails. This podcast also addresses the gender dimension of slow career progression in an area dominated by women, and how the ESG agenda has impacted career progression in this area.
