Richard’s acts for several UK pension funds including Universities Superannuation Scheme on their industrial portfolio and Unilever Pension Fund.
Richard also represents Heineken UK and leads on all aspects of their property portfolio across England and Wales.

- Acting on behalf of a leading international brewer/pub owning business in relation to the bulk disposal of 150 public houses across England, Wales and Scotland.
- Acting for Universities Superannuation Scheme on the redevelopment of a site in Southall to create a custom built 15,000 sq ft bus depot for Abellio.
- Acting on behalf of Schroders (Multi-Let Industrial Property Unit Trust) on the acquisition and continued management of a number of key industrial estates across the Midlands and the South of England.
