DLA Piper at IPEM Cannes - February 2026

On 4–5 February 2026, our lawyers from France and across our international offices took part in IPEM Cannes, the leading global event dedicated to Private Equity and Venture Capital, held at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.

This new edition once again brought together key players from the industry, including General Partners (GPs), Limited Partners (LPs), private banks, family offices and asset managers. Throughout the event, our teams engaged in insightful discussions across the full Private Equity lifecycle, sharing their expertise and perspectives on current market trends, sector developments and investment opportunities.

We were delighted to welcome our clients, partners and peers to our Networking Cocktail Event at our booth (Green Lounge 02). This convivial moment provided a great opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas and strengthen relationships in a dynamic and international setting.

In addition, our teams participated in informal sector-focused networking sessions dedicated to Life Sciences & Healthcare and Technology. These sessions fostered open dialogue around innovation, emerging trends and the challenges shaping the future of these industries.

Once again, IPEM Cannes proved to be a key platform for bringing together industry leaders, encouraging strategic discussions and creating new opportunities.
