Signature's portfolio comprises of 13 senior living communities that include 10 operating properties and three consented development projects, all located in and around Greater London.
• Advising Redical Holdings AG on the acquisition of the Merry Hill retail and leisure park in Dudley.
• Assisting a PERE fund on the sale of various hotels which were acquired as part of a portfolio.
• Assisting Cheyne Capital on its joint venture with Stanhope in respect of the acquisition and development of Red Lion Court from Landsec for mixed use purposes.
• Advising Aviva Capital Partners with its joint venture with Moda Living for the development of 1,000 build-to-rent homes in Birmingham with a GDV of GBP400m including the structuring and establishment of its real estate investment structure.
• Advising a US REIT with the acquisition of various UK retail parks.
• Advising a real estate investors on the formation of an aggregator vehicle and joint venture arrangements connected to the acquisition of real estate assets in The Netherlands.
• Advising AXA Investments on the disposal of 1 Smarts Place, London.
• Advising a UK family office in its venture capital fund investments.
• Advising the asset management arm of a multinational investment bank and financial services company with its potential investment into an USD400m real estate logistics fund.
• Assisting a private equity fund manager with the formation and launch of its GBP10m second and third successor fund*.
• Advising Agathos Management LLP a mid-market private equity firm, on the launch of its second fund targeting investment into UK SMEs*
