Living ha molti significati e diverse declinazioni: studentati, residenziale tradizionale, build-to-rent o micro-living, senior living o assisted living (per citare solo alcune delle categorie di asset che compongono il Living). Tutte queste declinazioni di Living hanno in comune il fatto di essere "asset immobiliari operativi", tuttavia sono caratterizzate da una differenziazione rilevante con riferimento al profilo di rischio, ai modelli operativi, nonché agli aspetti legali che devono essere tenuti in considerazione. Nonostante le significative differenze, sviluppatori, asset manager e investitori sono interessati a creare, sempre più spesso, sinergie tra alcune delle diverse categorie di asset relative al segmento living per poter diversificare l’investimento. In questo modo, il Living sta evolvendo in una vera e propria asset class distinta e articolata rispetto al residenziale.
DLA Piper è lieta di invitarvi al quarto evento della serie Real Estate in Evolution, che si focalizza sulle sfide e opportunità di investimento nel segmento Living. Come per le precedenti edizioni, saranno invitati, in qualità di panelist, asset manager, investitori internazionali e players con esperienza e focus diversificato: dal build-to-rent allo studentato, dal senior living al micro-living, al fine di coprire l'intero segmento Living.

Speakers
Peter Allen
Peter is Head of Savills UK and EMEA Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division. He has worked at Savills for over 20 years and sits on the Executive Committee.
Savills OCM delivers market-leading valuation, consultancy, transactional, structuring and financing services to clients in the hotels, multifamily, single family, student accommodation, co-living, senior living and healthcare sectors, across the UK and EMEA.
Stephen Screene
Stephen is Head of the EMEA Living Team at Cushman & Wakefield, based in London.
He provides advice and transaction expertise to international and domestic investors on large-scale projects across Europe.
Stefano Pagliani
Stefano Pagliani joined Hines Italy in June 2017 and is director in the Living division.
He’s responsible for launching the student housing division in Italy (with aparto Milan Giovenale and aparto Milan Ripamonti as well as further developments in Milan and Florence), a residential complex in Florence and he’s now leading the Ex Trotto development in Milan.
Pawel Gawor
Pawel is the Chief Executive Officer at City Pop. He manages 850 apartments in operation in Europe – mostly Switzerland – and more than 2,000 in construction/pipeline.
He’s an entrepreneurial manager with 360-degree knowledge of mid-size hospitality companies. Pawel has a good understanding of the European real estate market (residential, hotels, student houses) and a broad network and experience in the global hospitality and travel segment.
Jan-Hendrik Walloch
Jan-Hendrik joined ECE in September 2008. He is Managing Partner at ECE Living GmbH, overseeing transactions including sourcing, underwriting and execution with a focus on residential real estate across Europe.
Previously he has held various positions in investment and transaction management with ECE, including Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Charles Haezebrouck
Charles is managing partner of element Real Estate, an independent real estate consulting company founded in 2010 with 90 professionals in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain providing transactional, value add and property management services.
