DLA Piper advises Mogotel Hotel Group on large hotel and serviced apartments development project in Berlin

DLA Piper has advised Mogotel Hotel Group, an international hotel operator, on long‑term lease agreements for a 208‑room hotel and 160 serviced apartments to be developed and operated in Berlin. Both the hotel and the serviced apartments will be operated under a franchise by Wyndham.

The scale of the combined hotel and serviced apartments concept strengthens Mogotel Hotel Group’s strategic expansion in a key European market. With the long‑term lease agreements, the company has secured an important milestone for its continued growth in Germany, enabling it to establish a broader presence in one of Europe’s most competitive hospitality destinations. Operating both assets under Wyndham franchises is expected to support visibility, diversify the offering and ensure strong market positioning.
