DLA Piper advises Graham Partners on New Pharma Services Platform Quantive Intelligence
DLA Piper advised private investment firm Graham Partners on the formation of Quantive Intelligence (QI), a decision sciences platform created through the acquisitions of TechData Service Company, LLC, LLX Solutions, LLC, and R Square Technology, Inc.
QI was formed to serve as a platform that transforms complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights that support regulatory approvals. The combined organization brings specialized capabilities in biostatistics, statistical programming, and data management, helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies navigate increasingly complex clinical development and regulatory requirements.
