About

Lindsay Craft is Of Counsel in DLA Piper's Finance practice, where she focuses on structured finance, securitization and complex financing transactions. She represents financial institutions, investment banks, private equity firms, asset managers, issuers, sponsors and other market participants in sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Lindsay has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and executing securitizations, warehouse and other financing facilities, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and related capital markets transactions. She advises clients throughout the life cycle of a transaction, from initial structuring and asset financing through execution and capital markets exits.

Lindsay regularly takes a lead role in complex transactions, working closely with clients, counterparties and multidisciplinary deal teams to navigate novel structures and challenging legal and commercial issues. Her experience spans both established and emerging asset classes, allowing her to bring a practical and adaptable approach to transactions that do not fit neatly within traditional financing structures.

A key focus of Lindsay's practice is developing long-term client relationships and serving as a trusted adviser on both individual transactions and broader financing strategies. She combines a deep understanding of structured finance with a commercial approach to problem-solving, helping clients identify practical solutions, manage risk and efficiently execute complex transactions.
