  • Defending the interests of several companies in disputes against former employees. *
  • Advising a company on the negotiation and implementation of a collective mutual termination scheme (rupture conventionnelle collective). *
  • Advising a company with more than 50 employees on the organisation and implementation of staff representative elections. *
