  • Advising Bastide Groupe on the sale of Baywater Healthcare, a leading provider of home oxygen and respiratory care services, to the Sapio Group.
  • Advising TEKEVER, an IT, aerospace, defence and security technologies company, on its acquisition of West Wales Airport ("WWA"). WWA offers a key hub for unmanned aircraft system testing, evaluation and provides TEKEVER and its partner ecosystem access to 2,500 square miles of restricted airspace over land and sea.
  • Advising Realty Income on various strategic corporate real estate acquisitions.
  • Advising Intermediate Capital Group on its sale of the Nadella Group (a leading European manufacturer of specialised industrial motion solutions) to The Timken Company.
  • Advising NCAB Group on its acquisition of Kestrel International Circuits, a global supplier of printed circuit board for customers in the aerospace, automotive and telecommunications markets.
  • Advising LabTech Investments on its sale of the freehold of Labs House to AM Alpha.
  • Advising the management team on the £1.2 billion sale of the Miller Homes Group to Apollo.
  • Advising the management team on the sale and reinvestment aspects of the Harris Family Trust’s £300 million acquisition of the Butlin's Group.
  • Advising BPP Education Group, a portfolio company of TDR Capital, on its acquisitions of Firebrand and Estio, specialist providers of IT and digital apprenticeships.
