Vincenzo Pittelli is a Lawyer in the Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance team, where he focuses on financial markets law, banking law and structured finance. In particular, he advises banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporations in connection with financing transactions, as well as on the structuring, issuance, offering and listing of financial instruments on regulated markets and on a stand-alone basis, in addition to complex securitisation transactions.
Vincenzo is a PhD candidate in Private Market Law at Sapienza University of Rome, where he conducts research on ESG financial instruments, and he has developed specific expertise in sustainability matters. At the same University, he delivers lectures within the framework of courses in Private Law and Corporate Finance Law.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar before the Rome Court of Appeal in 2023 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2025.
Prior to joining DLA in 2026, he worked with leading Italian law firms.
