  • Acting for Henry Boot PLC in relation to their syndicated investment facilities.
  • Advising Aviva Capital Partners on its joint venture with Moda Living and the associated development financing for The Stone Yard regeneration scheme in Birmingham.
  • Acting for Aviva Investors on a loan facility to subsidiaries of Urban Logistics, secured against a UK-wide portfolio of logistics assets.
  • Acting for Bank J Safra Sarasin (Gibraltar) Limited in relation to the refinancing of a portfolio of commercial offices in central London.
