Anna Tomaszewska advises on project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and corporate finance. She drafts, reviews and negotiates the full range of transactional security documentation, including pledge agreements, assignment agreements, subordination agreements, mortgage statements, and declarations on voluntary submission to enforcement.
In addition, Anna provides ongoing transactional advice to financing institutions, prepares legal opinions, and drafts preliminary versions of credit agreements.

  • Advising Bank Pekao S.A. on the financing of the acquisition of Ciech Żywice sp. z o.o., one of Poland's leading manufacturers of resins and hardeners, by the chemical company Lerg S.A., as well as the granting of overdraft facilities and the refinancing of investment loans.
  • Advising Bank Pekao S.A. on the financing of the acquisition of Zakłady Tworzyw Sztucznych “Izo-Erg” S.A., a leading CEE producer of electrical insulation and structural laminates, by the chemical company Lerg S.A., as well as the granting of overdraft facilities and the refinancing of investment loans.
  • Advising Murapol S.A. and Partner S.A. on obtaining a loan to finance ongoing business operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Advising Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on the financing granted to JNT Group, a leading Polish producer, importer and distributor of wine, in a management buyout (MBO) transaction, including drafting and negotiating finance documentation.
  • Advising Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in a transaction valued at approximately EUR 30.5 million to finance the acquisition of 76% of the shares in WeButex Kunststoffbearbeitung GmbH, an international leader in thermoset laminate processing, by the chemical company Lerg S.A.
  • Advising mBank S.A. on over PLN 80 million of financing granted to a special purpose vehicle from the CEE Student Housing Fund portfolio, managed by 1 Asset Management, for the construction of a 360-room purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) facility in Warsaw.
