Tommaso Zucchetti is a Lawyer in the Corporate department and he is based in the Rome office.
Tommaso advises Italian and foreign companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and other extraordinary transactions. He assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements, and shareholders’ agreements, as well as in matters relating to direct investment regulations (“golden powers”).
Tommaso has specific expertise and advises clients in the energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors on the structuring, negotiation, development, construction, operation, and management of projects involving renewable energy sources, including the drafting of national and international commercial contracts (inter alia, EPC, O&M and supply contracts, and PPAs) and assistance in the context of project financing transactions.
