Federica Del Gaiso is a lawyer in the banking and finance group within the Finance department and works at the Milan office.
Her practice focuses on the banking and finance sector, with particular reference to real estate finance, project finance (with a focus on photovoltaic projects), and acquisition finance. In these areas, she assists financial institutions, sponsors, and national and international companies in various aspects of such transactions (i.e., development, due diligence, and financial documentation).
She also provides support in energy projects and in the negotiation and drafting of commercial project agreements (e.g., EPC, O&M, and PPA) related to the development, construction, and management of these projects.
