AssociateParker Justi represents clients engaged in corporate and commercial disputes in Delaware and throughout the country, especially litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Justi's practice also includes advising clients on Delaware law governing corporations and alternative entities.

Pro Bono
Mr. Justi has volunteered for the Office of the Child Advocate as a guardian ad litem for children in child welfare proceedings.

During law school, Mr. Justi completed externships with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Honorable Jane R. Roth of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Honorable Thomas N. O'Neill, Jr. of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Mr. Justi was the chief executive officer and general counsel of a family-owned specialty chemical manufacturer. Before that, Mr. Justi was an associate in the Wilmington office of another major international law firm.
