Aisha's practice includes representation of clients across the life sciences and technology industries, which includes global investment firms as well as public and private companies.
Aisha also counsels clients on corporate matters, including securities law compliance, corporate governance, and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Aisha was an associate in the life sciences corporate practice group at a leading international law firm.
