  • Advising Thailand's largest telecommunication entity on a claim for profit sharing on interconnection charges (IC) case
  • Representing a major furniture retailer and premium decoration service in Thailand, on a dispute against a luxury condominium project management in relation to a breach of terms and conditions of Sale and Purchase Furniture Agreement
  • Advising a stationery company in relation to a termination of employment and representing a client in labour court proceedings
  • Advising insurers in Thailand in relation to property damage and business interruption claims arising from the Bangkok unrest in May 2010
  • Advising various clients in relation to Banking and finance cases
  • Representing clients in arbitration and arbitral cases
  • Advising a foreign telecommunication company on intellectual property including copyright, trademark, patent litigation and counterfeiting
