About
Maria is a lawyer with experience advising on regulatory and financing matters both in-house and in private practice, with a focus on transactions where legal, commercial and regulatory considerations intersect.

Maria advises multinational groups across industry, infrastructure, energy and technology, and has counselled on the regulatory and contractual dimensions of fintech and other technology-driven business transactions.

Maria advises on a broad range of finance-related workstreams, including contractual structuring and negotiation, legal risk assessment in cross-border contexts, investment- and project-related matters where governance and clear allocation of risks are critical, as well as legal support on joint venture arrangements.

Before moving in-house, Maria supported and advised international clients on regulatory affairs and financing transactions, including regulatory due diligence and analysis of EU and Spanish frameworks relevant to cross-border deals.
