Alexandra Rose focuses her practice on helping clients structure and negotiate strategic sourcing, outsourcing, commercial procurement and technology transactions. She has 25 years of experience representing clients in a variety of sectors, including insurance and life sciences, financial services, retail, manufacturing, aerospace and defense and government. Alexandra's experience includes drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including for business process and IT services, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, cloud and hosting services, and other professional services.
Alexandra has also served as managing counsel to two global IT and consulting services providers, where she advised on a variety of matters, including the negotiation of information technology, licensing and SaaS, provider, professional services and other critical vendor contracts.
