  • Advised notable international fund managers on the establishment of ADGM-based funds platforms, including the structuring of fund manager entities and fund vehicles, regulatory engagement with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and the development of scalable GP/LP structures for institutional and sophisticated investors.
  • Advised a leading global payments company on structuring the distribution of buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) products in the UAE, including regulatory perimeter analysis on agency, outsourcing and technology enablement models, consumer protection requirements, data localisation risks and cross-border considerations.
  • Advised prominent proprietary trading firms on regulatory perimeter analysis in relation to intra-group trading arrangements, and market-making activities and liquidity provision.
  • Provided cross-border regulatory structuring advice to major global payments and digital lending platforms on complex matters spanning card data localisation, tokenisation, payment-enabled business models and compliance with evolving Middle Eastern financial services frameworks.
  • Advised leading financial institutions, fintechs and digital asset businesses on regulatory perimeter analysis in relation to stablecoins, tokenised deposits, tokenised equity instruments, real-world asset tokenisation and other innovative digital products and securities across the UAE, DIFC and ADGM.
  • Advised several international fund managers on cross-border fund marketing strategies, including assessment of licensing pathways, regulatory structuring within the ADGM framework and alignment of fund structures with both international and Middle Eastern regulatory expectations.
