The transaction was led by Paweł Turek, with the support of Ewelina Paciorek, Magdalena Gajur and Jakub Wiatrzyk from DLA Piper Poland. DLA Piper London was represented by: Leigh Ferris, Patrick Lightbown and Patrick Flannery Wheeler. DLA Piper Dublin was represented by: Oisin Mulvihill, Sean Murray and Michael Tansley.

Partner supervision was provided by: Mariusz Hyla and Bartosz Matusik from the Warsaw office of DLA Piper, and Martin Bartlam from the London office of DLA Piper, and Conor Houlihan from DLA Piper Dublin.

This is a first-of-its-kind warehouse facility transaction in Poland which is dedicated to new companies which will use the funds for building up a receivables’ portfolio. This also demonstrates the exceptional capabilities of DLA Piper’s securitisation practice - the law firm has advised on first STR and STS securitisation transactions on the Polish market.
