DLA Piper advises BIC on acquisition of Advanced Magnetic Interaction (AMI)

DLA Piper has advised the BIC Group (listed on Euronext Paris - SBF 120) on the successful completion of its acquisition of Advanced Magnetic Interaction (AMI), a French start-up specializing in augmented interaction technology.
