Erik Stier focuses on distressed situations. Erik maintains a diverse corporate restructuring practice that balances complex chapter 11 work, cross-border insolvency, and out-of-court solutions. Erik represents debtors, creditor committees, lenders, and other key stakeholders, guiding clients through all aspects of the bankruptcy process including debtor in possession (DIP) financing, asset sales, plan confirmation and claims resolution.

Having also practiced in the firm's Dubai office, Erik brings a global perspective to help clients achieve optimal outcomes across countries and regulatory environments.
