DLA Piper adds renowned Tax Partner Reza Nader

DLA Piper accelerates the growth of its market-leading Tax practice with the addition of New York City-based Partner Reza Nader, further solidifying the firm’s position at the forefront of international tax planning and complex cross-border transactions.

Nader advises domestic and non-US multinational clients on US federal income taxation, international structuring, supply chain optimization, and M&A matters. His experience includes negotiating complex M&A transactions and advising on post-acquisition integrations and legal entity rationalizations.

His practice regularly spans corporate, employment, regulatory, and intellectual property considerations and includes counseling companies in sectors including technology, manufacturing, blockchain and cryptocurrency, financial services and fintech, logistics, and life sciences. In addition, Nader counsels on domestic and international tax policy, including contributing to efforts that shape legislative and regulatory text, and advises companies as they navigate evolving law.
