DLA Piper advises YSC Sports, United Sports, and Sideline Sports Solutions on sale to Capacity Sports Group

DLA Piper represented YSC Sports, United Sports, and Sideline Sports Solutions on their successful sale to Capacity Sports Group, expanding Capacity’s national youth sports footprint.

The acquisition includes two multi-sport complexes spanning more than 300,000 square feet of indoor space and approximately 80 acres of outdoor fields. Combined, the facilities host more than 130 tournaments each year, including nationwide flag football tournaments, and attract more than 10,000 teams annually across soccer, flag football, field hockey, lacrosse, basketball, and volleyball.

The deal team was led by Partners Alex Steinberg and Alex Meiseles (both New York) and included Tristan Meagher (Baltimore), Marielle Woroboff (New York), Kurtis Weaver (Boston), Lesli Falk (Chicago), and William Bartow (Philadelphia).
