About

Brett Feldman is a litigator and legal strategist with almost ten years of experience representing consumer-facing businesses of all sizes and development stages. He regularly represents hospitality, consumer-packaged goods, healthcare, insurance, and other businesses that offer goods or services to the public. He has extensive experience handling matters involving significant financial and reputational risk in trial and appellate courts across the country, before state and federal regulators including the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, and throughout alternative dispute resolution proceedings. 

Brett’s practice also includes representing clients in antitrust matters. He has experience providing antitrust counselling on pricing and other issues, embedding with deal teams to identify and mitigate competitive risk, preparing merger control filings required by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and defending clients in FTC investigations and enforcement litigation.  

Brett is a former federal law clerk and a magna cum laude graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, served as the Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review, and received multiple writing awards.

PRIOR CLERKSHIP & EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

Before joining DLA Piper, Brett clerked for Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and spent four years as a litigation associate at another international law firm, where his practice focused on white collar criminal and regulatory defense matters and complex commercial disputes.
