Jenny Hartmann
AssociateJenny Hartmann advises domestic and international clients on all matters of corporate law. A key focus of her practice is advising on M&A transactions and reorganisations, particularly in complex cross-border projects. In addition, she advises on joint ventures as well as private equity and venture capital transactions.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Jenny Hartmann worked as a research assistant at an international law firm focusing on corporate law, M&A and commercial law. During her legal traineeship, she completed placements at an international law firm in the areas of corporate law, M&A and commercial law, as well as in criminal defence, and gained experience at the Ministry of the Interior of the State of Baden-Württemberg. In addition, she volunteered as a prosecuting attorney at the Karlsruhe Public Prosecutor´s Office.
