Janie Rowland is a litigator focused on antitrust and complex commercial disputes. She represents clients in high stakes matters in federal and state courts, from pre-suit strategy through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Janie's practice spans a broad range of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, insurance, financial services, live entertainment, and retail. She is experienced in managing fact and expert discovery, briefing dispositive and procedural motions, and developing efficient case strategies tailored to clients' business objectives.

In the antitrust arena, Janie represents clients facing claims under Section 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act as well as state antitrust statutes. Her experience includes defending against allegations of unlawful agreements, monopolization, and unfair competition claims.
