DLA Piper has advised Torqx Capital Partners, a private equity fund, on its exit from Intreso Group BV, a European leader in specialized logistics, to Draslovka Holding A.S., a manufacturer of specialist chemicals. Previously, DLA Piper had advised Intreso Group on its buy-and-build strategy with acquisitions in The Netherlands and Slovenia.

Intreso Group BV is a leader in specialized handling methods for goods related to pest control including fumigations, heat treatments and QPS services. Driven by its majority shareholder, private equity investor Torqx Capital Partners, Intreso Group BV expanded its operational activities from Belgium to the Netherlands as well as Slovenia.
