Meghann Morrill focuses her practice on secondary transactions, representing large institutional investors and new market participants in both buy and sell-side portfolio transfers and advises clients at all stages of the secondary process. Meghann frequently assists clients with investments in private equity funds and alternative investments, including review and negotiation of investment documentation and side letters and advising with general compliance and governance issues.
Meghann spent time in-house with a large tech company focused on new product, technology and content development, development of risk mitigation plans and protocols, and domestic and international expansion.
