DLA Piper has advised YAYS, a leading serviced apartment operator in Europe, on its expansion into Germany with a new project in Berlin. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood in between Mitte and Gesundbrunnen, the new YAYS property is strategically positioned to cater to both leisure and business travellers.

The expansion into Germany marks a significant milestone in the company’s strategic growth plan. YAYS is currently managing 16 distinct properties across Benelux and France.
