Daniela Paz Pardo Jorquera focuses her practice on strategic technology transactions, outsourcing and digital transformation initiatives, advising public and private companies on complex commercial arrangements across a broad range of industries, including technology, software, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and hospitality.

Her experience includes structuring, negotiating and implementing a wide range of technology and commercial agreements, including IT and business process outsourcing (ITO/BPO), managed services, SaaS and cloud arrangements, software licensing and implementation agreements, ERP projects, technology-enabled services, and transactions involving data, cybersecurity and emerging technologies, including generative and agentic AI solutions.

Daniela advises clients on technology procurement, sourcing and transformation initiatives, supporting competitive procurement processes, vendor evaluations, contract strategy, complex commercial negotiations and implementation projects. She counsels both technology customers and providers throughout the lifecycle of technology transactions, helping organizations navigate commercial, operational, intellectual property, cybersecurity and regulatory considerations.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Daniela worked as general counsel for a leading technology holding in Chile, where she managed the in-house legal department and acted as compliance officer of the holding and secretary of the board of directors of the parent and all subsidiaries.
