DLA Piper advises Silicon Laboratories in US$7.5 billion acquisition by Texas Instruments
DLA Piper advised Silicon Laboratories Inc. (SLAB), a leader in secure, intelligent wireless technology, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Texas Instruments Incorporated, a global semiconductor company that designs, manufactures, and sells analog and embedded processing chips. The all-cash transaction is valued at US$231.00 per share or approximately US$7.5 billion.
