  • The lenders in connection with the financing of Rumah 1 and Nairiyah 1 Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) independent power plant projects with a combined capacity of 3.6 GW.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of three solar PV power plants totalling 5.5 GW in capacity in relation to the development of Haden, Muwayh, and Al Khushaybi projects.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of three solar PV projects totaling 4.5 GW in capacity in relation to the development of Ar Rass 2, Al Kahfah, and Saad 2 power plants.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of two solar PV projects totaling 2.6 GW in capacity in relation to the development of Al Shuaibah 1 and Al Shuaibah 2 power plants.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing two Red Sea infrastructure projects, including a SAR 425 million catering facility and SAR 221 million central laundry facility. 
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of Taiba-1 and Qassim-1 & Taiba-2 and Qassim-2 Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) independent power plants (IPPs) projects.
  • Local and international lenders with their securities perfection in KSA in connection with several financing transactions.
  • Clients in relation to competition matters and representing them before the General Authority for Competition.
  • The sellers in connection with the sale of 49% stake in a GCC based logistics holding company.
  • Incorporating several companies including LLCs and assisting in drafting and reviewing resolutions and articles of association.
